I made chocolate outsides vanilla insides, but I think I’d like vanilla.
My favorite cupcakes are vanilla/vanilla.

Oh man Sammy.
My DD and I made Homemade “whoopie pies” yesterday.
Which aren’t pies.
They are like cupcakes in the shape of pancakes.
And you take two and pipe fantastic vanilla Swiss buttercreme icing in between them.like a cupcake sandwich of heavenly goodness.
And then.....
You stash them in the fridge and that icing turns into something
Magical!
They are without a doubt,
Dang delicious.

I’ll be glad when they’re gone because they whisper to me CONSTANTLY from the refrigerator!

Actually they are yelling.

I can hear them now but I keep saying “LALALALALALA I CANT HEAR YOU BECAUSE I ALREADY BRUSHED MY TEETH AND IF I GET OUT OF BED IT’LL WAKE UP THE PUPPY! “

I <3 Whoppie Pies. I used to get them at the Amish Bakery in the farmers market where I worked all the time. Don't get me started on their caramel walnut apple pie. It's one of the things I really miss about being gluten free.

Anyway, Whoopie Pies. I love eating them frozen. fortunately, I can find gluten free versions of these.

This dog is WIDE AWAKE between 4:58 and 5:10.
EVERY DAY.

at least we aren’t getting up in the middle of the night anymore! And he hasn’t had an accident in weeks!
- so that’s progress.
