Thoughts and prayers the very bestJust had the upper gi done. Cautiously, the tech said her stomach is emptying, though slowly. So it seems the blockage is gone. She's sad and misses sister. Good news so far.. Waiting to hear from the surgeon.

Hoping you both feel better!Poor Milk Drinker got sick yesterday with whatever I had. I thought he was getting sick the night before because he was extra demanding. We had a rough night. But he seems to be doing better this morning.
Hoe you both get all better quickly! It’s no fun at all being sick in hot weather, sweaty snuggling was never my jam.Poor Milk Drinker got sick yesterday with whatever I had. GOOD MORNING SQUATCHERS!!!
So, riddle me this: What predator could walk off with 4 ducks with absolutely no signs of anything happening to them? No blood, no feathers, no NOTHING!
And, a predator who would leave a huge tatering rooster alone who likes to roost on the top of the coop, EASILY in reach of a flying predator who could snatch his butt off the top of it.
We had lots of rain last night and some high winds... but the winds weren't of the sort I feel would blow 4 ducks away, since we had a pair of sneakers *drying* on the deck banister and they didn't move an inch. Besides, they would've been blown into our side field, so we would have found them.
Rainy and overcast today, so no getting the PIC and friend out of the house and to the pool for swimming.... which stinks to high taters. It's cool enough out that I can do some work in either garage, but absolutely ZERO energy to even get up to make something to eat.. guh.
