Who have you been chasing around, cappy?

One rabbit that got out of a commercial cage, one quail, one guinea, and 5 turkeys. Most of them flew out when i opened the door to feed or water. The turkeys don't return to the right place yet so i need to cage them up longer. I really like seeing them enjoy running loose. Silly birds.

Thanks for asking. Back is doing better. I made the guys from Lowes load the stuff in my truck. Too bad i have to unload it myself. I didn't buy anything too heavy.

Mornin Misty.

Ain't gonna chase ANY escaped critters in my hood. No way no how.
The thing escaping here is the neighbors VERY aggressive mastiff. He is terrifying! He went after my hubby last Thursday in our driveway. I was seconds away with the gun when the commotion brought the owner out. Hubby and the poor mailman have had quite enough.
The mailman says the next time he sees that dog out he's stopping delivery to the whole hood. I don't blame him one bit!

Still feeling poorly and of course busy because of summer too.

On the broody front, I have a running rotation of four in the big coop. Bitty screamed at me again in the smaller coop so is feeling broody...again...

Good Morning people. Allergies wreaking havok on my eyes. While hubby is gone i have kept the ac on instead of opening the windows. Eyes still messed up. Must be dust mites. Sigh, i hate cleaning.

Of course I would hate it since I have dust rag thieves. Silly doggies.

Can you get an air purifier for your room at least? They really do work.

The mailman did file a report with animal control. I am sure that they contacted the owners. I have also seen the truck a lot more. I know they take it seriously when the mailman calls them.
Here they have one control officer half a day in this big town. They have specially trained police officers to handle loose aggressive dogs. Pretty sure it involves guns.

I was pissed when someone paper sprayed my dog. (I was on my way to retrieve her) But it did work. She left the person alone and I don't want it to happen again so am way more careful.

Get some paper spray for that dog. And give some to the mailman too.

He carries that as well as a taser. Oh and doggie cookies. Taters! Getting ready for his rounds would be funny!

Shirt, pants, socks, shoes....check, check, check, check.
Pepper spray, check, dog treats, check, taser, checkedy check check.

Delivering junk mail is danged dangerous!
