@apryl29 I set up the crate Thursday, she used the strawberry box for a nest on Friday. She was pacing Saturday morning so I let her out. (Also found a giant poop in the crate.) She ran around for a bit but when I wasn’t looking ran back to the nest. So I put her back an tried again. I let her out Sunday while I cleaned the coop and she stayed out for quite some time. Found her in a nest box later in the day so she spent the night in the crate.
Today she wasn’t “tuck tuck tuking” so I let her out and she’s stayed outside all day. I didn’t take the crate down yet... I also have a fan blowing her way while she’s in there.

I'm going to cage Loki tonight. It was too hot the past few days and I had to do some cleaning in the coop this weekend, so I figured I'd finish that before I tossed her in the cage. I saw some little bugs so I figured I'd do a full clean out and replace the holey floor tarp. Found more of the tiny bugs, but for some stupid reason they didn't all die when I sprayed. Not sure what they are, but my birds were clean. I puffed them w/ poultry dust too, just to be sure. Stupid outside & bugs ruining everything. I talked to a lady at work who used to have chickens. She said it took her girl a week to break. I hope it's like that w Loki.. She'd be the one who takes 3453 days.

Gasp... that's not good. BUT we can't show just the photos from a threads. PFSHT.. at least they're working on important stuff.

That's about right, right now. Why does it need to be so hot? I mean, I'm grateful it's not hotter, and that we don't have any of those wild fires and whatnot, but why can't it be nice like it was a couple weeks ago ALLL the time?

yes I want to find a place that it is not above 80 or below 10f.. at least most of the time.. and not humid or too dry.. and has lots of sunshine.. and affordable LOL

yeah I have one I may have to break.. none of her eggs hatched Saturday.. another hen hatched 7 saturday..so today I took 2 and put in with the first one... the second one decide to take the rest of her chicks out about 1/2 hr later.. one came running and the first hen was pecking at the 2nd chick... so back it went to the hatch mom.
I have 6 other broodies, one supposed to hatch today and 2 tomorrow, so I may try it with younger chicks at night... if they have anything hatch.

Nope monistat 7, the shelves were bare of the 3 day. Iv'e got the yougurt on hand just plain old siggi's active live and kicking. So do you think the rooster is safe? Those two are like rabbits out there. He dosen't stink, so he's safe maybe?
It it is monistat 3 day you do not have to go that long.

make sure to feed yogurt for several days after the treatment is finished. I think it was 3 to 5 days when I used it.

He probably is. Watch all of them though

I hope so, i'm afraid the treatment would bruise his manly ego. Everyone is getting yougurt in the morning, and iv'e put out a big bowl of grit in case they wern't just picking up enough also went back to ACV in the water. I really don't want to repeat this 7 more times.:)
