These people don't have a coop and the fence is 3.5' tall too. I would end up trying to help them. That would earn me the crazy chicken lady title for sure.

Yes pictures help a TON. Even if all we can see is the outside it gives us a starting point.

Might be able to just do the bottom half of the walls...

I think I have 1 picture from the appraisal.... didn't have a lot of time yesterday. The house is still full. Gonna do yet another walkthrough before we sign. Maybe I'll remember to get better pictures then. This whole thing has just been so crazy!

I totally understand. Your nerves have to be frazzled by now.

We refinanced about 9 years ago. It was very stressful. It was also totally worth it.

I'm going to have to take a chainsaw to all the brush around it. Then see what the damage really is. The bottom of the overhead door is visible. It's the right side of the roof that's gone. Trusses are still there but nothing else.
