No inlaws and a bunch of sideshow chickens. I can totally get behind that...just know once you go extra toes you never go back.

Get a Silkie...they are ridiculous. All they wanna do is sit in the nest.

Although, my Cemanis and Seramas are also very broody! It actually sucks most of the time, when you are not hatching!

I will never do the stinky chicken room house brooder again, that's for sure. Natural brooding is the way to go. I can't help thinking that these guys are gonna be a lot more hardy, germ- and weather-wise, too!

I had one that had even more toes, just on one foot. Sold it, it was a roo. Got along fine.

Did you freak out a little before you realised it was a feather? I do! Everythings a turd or bug to me now...cause it usually is.

Won't lie, chickens have had their nails done waaaay more times than me this year. Sadly Negan has had his done more than me, he likes having his feet touched so he's like the wonkest Barbie ever. I have to do his freak toes, if I don't Sally Hansen him the nail splits.
