Almost 7am and I hear skunk sneezes!

Do they sound like cat sneezes?

Is it snowing at your house this morning?

Not quite yet. It is colder this morning. The snow should start as rain turning this afternoon into white stuff.


I would be ok if it just didn't get us.
I am already sick of mud.

Has the weather cooled off there Sam? I’m asking because one of my feet is starting to bug me again too?

I hate mug
because eight dog paws bring in way more dirt than four!

Even with a rug by the door and a “wipe your feet” command the floors still get dirty.

Yup. There are 16 dog paws here....... And a very tired mop.
Having zero carpet helps but good golly the amount they can bring in.

My dogs have doggie doors. 2 of them. One brings them onto the screened in back porch (wood floor with rugs), then one into the house where they cross 2 more rugs. Thru a couple feet of laundry rooom, into the kitchen, where there are still muddy footprints across the kitchen floor!

Yes they do! Very crisp here too this morning.Lulu did not want to give up the sweater, like peeling a grumpy turtle out of a shell.

We even tried putting a fake grass runner through the workshop that they have to go through to come in.

It helped BUT the shop was a giant mess.

We have a paw washer.....it works sort of. It gets the worst of the mud out of Delilahs paws but trying to wrestle 4 dogs doesn't work for this old lady.

In case ya'll wonder why I have dog sweaters but no dog, they're actually the cat's. I got a ton when she had an allergy and pretty much went bald. They were loose on her but pretty snug on Lulu.

Wood floors here too. And big dirt catching rugs from Costco by the door and yes, still paw prints.
You’d think wood floors would hide dirt. It’s natural right? Nope.
