Rae? Have you looked into construction loans? They cover a multitude of things under one loan. Not sure interest rates these days on any loan really.

We are getting a loan that will cover the house, installation (it is a manufactured house), foundation, well, septic, gas/electric connections, possibly even small decks/stairs to the 4 doors.
