We had a cat that would take socks, underwear and etc. from one place to another.

Cute but irritating!

Is your cat mad at your husband? Taking the soap is better than peeing on the husbands side of the bed. We had a different cat that would to day...along with chewing the cords to the video game

Definitely not mad at my DH. He positively swoons over him.
This is a change of soap for him, I like the smell of it better too!
