At least the bird had the decency to kinda look up in this one.

That is very clearly a chicken coop. I saw a pink one the other day that would be a perfect coop for a small flock, but it wouldn't come with all the built in air vents that mine has from all the gaps in the corners. LOL

That's so great to hear! What happened w/ the ortho, or haven't you seen them yet?

Well that sucks. Odd that he left the lungs and kidneys. I've never done it, so are they in some weird place that's hard to get to or something? At least you got these ones done and you do have someone who can do the majority of it if you need it done and can't find someone else. If you do use him again, maybe you need to tell him to remove the lungs and kidneys.

Your birds are absolutely beautiful!

I think I missed something. What are you building?

I love Dominos! We have 4 pizza places here (it was 5!) in the world's smallest town (not including 'real' restaurants who have pizza on the menu too... Dominos is the only one that I don't die after I eat there. 2 of them are super greasy and I don't go to the other one b/c the people were jerks the last time I went. I was in line behind a guy w/ my kids and another guy came in and got in line behind me. Guy in front of me leaves and the pizza guy walks away. Then he comes back w/ the order for the guy behind me. Odd, but maybe he'd paid already and had forgotten something. Nope. It was very rude and I've not gone back since. I've been told that someone else bought the place, but I've not gone back. My daughter's friend's family owns Dominos so we usually go there. They're super nice to their customers.

We went through that w/ a friend who has a wheat allergy b/c she was upset that she can't have pizza from the shops anymore. All the places have the same disclaimer b/c they use the same pans, oven, counter, etc. It's a use at your own risk thing. It appeases all the ppl who do the gluten free diet but don't have the medical need to avoid gluten. Dominos actually says that their gluten free crust is pre-made. You could always call a local store and see if they are individually packaged. If they are, you could probably just buy one and make your own pizza at home.. but if that's the case you may already have a gf dough you use. I know my friend makes pizza, but I have no idea what she uses for the crust.

Was it from the romaine lettuce? Donuts wouldn't do that to us. Veggies are trying to kill us all! Hope you feel better.

Right?

Ok.. now I remember. Good luck!

Hush!

lots of store birds have the kidneys left
I gave my cousin a whole bird and she asked where the 'meat' was thats inside the lower back ... I guess it's her favorite part
Oh wow. I guess I don't normally buy the entire bird so I've never seen this. Actually I can think of once that I bought a frozen roaster chicken but I ended up tossing it out after it sat in the bottom of my deep freeze for 3 years. Sounds gross, but I guess there's people who don't mind. I know my SIL cracks open the bones and eats the marrow, but she grew up in the Philippines and they ate everything b/c food was scarce.

I'm dying of jealousy here Ron. We're supposed to have a high of 26 today. Lake effect snow through out the day. It's hit or miss where I live, but normally Nunny gets a good bit of it. Earlier this week her area was predicted to get between 8-16" of snow. We've got enough to cover the ground, but not enough to cancel anything.

I get PERS so I'm *supposed* to get full benefits at 32 years, which would be when I'm 50, but I have to meet the min age requirement. So I need to be 57 to get my full pension. And unless some things change in the next 20 years, I won't have insurance until I qualify for medicare. I'm def not going to work until I'm 75. If I'm still here in 40 years it's only b/c I can't figure out how to file the paperwork, so if that's the case, someone please save me. Only ~7100 more days to go.
Late Fall to Early Spring is very nice here. The Summers are not nice though and Fire season is about 10 months of the year now. Some say all year
