Ugh, supposed to get snow here on saturday. I don't mind, but iv'e got ones that have never seen it "again" lol! So another round of chicken hysteria. I would think the older ones would tell the littles but it sure didn't happen last year.

She put together a feed comparison chart. It's pretty interesting.

With those feeds......
That big M word in the list is an important one.
The chick feed is lower than I look for. It is important in feather health for adults.
I always look for .35% or a little above.
The chick feed is not a horrible option.....

Oh no! For a while there i was afraid to go in the coop because i had a lot die. Luckily they are all doing much better now.

Oh no. I'm so sorry. I highly recommend a necropsy, I think your blood test result was wrong. I've seen it be wrong before.

I'd have to send it out of state. I'm really thinking the Swedish Flowers have a genetic issue. I've lost 5 of them.
A friend is coming over tonight when I'm done at work to necropsy this last one. I'm not sure it will tell us anything but I'm going to take lots of pictures of I can stomach it.

It's not easy to deal with but it really does need done.
Just way to much loss not to.
