Before I booger it up with dog slobber or chicken poop I want to show you the cute graphic on the t-shirt DH got me for Christmas.

I had some horse alfalfa cubes the chickens wouldn't touch. Supposed to soak them , drain and feed. i threw them out today in a puddle. Soaked up real well... and you know the chickens now think they are great maybe they were too fresh 3 years ago

Well i'm probably going to get pecked tomorrow. I was moving Hobo and she went all goofy and fell off the roost, that took a bit because ya'll know they don't just fall they got to flap and try to pull up with their head instead of just dropping two feet. Anyway, I snatched her up and put her under my arm so I could check her feet since she was already down and mad She's fine, embarassed but her feet look really nice. That last bumble left like a little skin boobie on her footpad.It is empty but it just looks like a flappy little hooter on her foot. I haven't ever had that happen, it is healthy viable skin so I guess she's just extra fancy now.

And just so ya'll know, I made sure she was o.k before I went to feeling on her feet. The amount and tone of the growls told me she was just fine.
