Pretty much here a tripple wide gets labeled as modular so yeah. $$$$

Clayton homes has some nice stuff from my wandering around on their site.

I cannot leave the room I am in or the dogs act up. They are napping so I am spending time on here.
I like looking at the homes. I hope you don't mind me posting those.

I won't bug the tater out of you with a ton of them. .

No kidding! And it is flimsy and cedar to boot. Could have converted a really, really nice shed for that much one of the dollhouse looking ones.
I don't think it looks safe at all either.

It's cute and all but . The wine and cheese party picture out by the coop has to be my favorite. You know those chickens are having a fit inside screaming for treats. Not the relaxing atmosphere that picture projects. LOL

So, sounds like our only option may be better than the original plan. Get a 3 br 2 ba (with a den/bedroom or suitable area for me to work) unit for us and a single wide unit for the in-laws that will go behind our house connected by a deck.

@FlyingNunFarm That is pretty funny! I know eating around the chickens always works out nice here. If they don't snatch it a fly will decide it looks like a foot spa and they get it anyway.
Those are the fakest pictures, they're cleaning nothing! Every hen looks like "wtf is this thing?" And egg door lady is gathering white eggs, despite showing few white layers.
Nice fairytale for suckers, funny but sad at the same time.

I wondered if that would be better......how much does it affect your septic install etc?

Holy half Pat crow!! That is soooo expensive AND impractical.
