Ok....guess where I went today? Go ahead.....guess? C'mon....guess, guess. Ok I'll tell you. I went to Meyer hatchery! So many babies! So much temptation! But alas.....I bought nothing. I have a broody Silkie and thought about getting a couple to slip under her but I have no backup plan in case she doesn't accept them. Yet! It was only a 40 minute drive so I will definitely go back.

I was in the farm store this weekend and they had fuzzies! Oh so cute when they are that little.
I'll be at Meyer in April to pick up my littles!

Oh no you DIDN'T...!!! I am so glad I don't live by a hatchery. I'd be divorced.

Me too and believe me it was so hard not to buy some babies. If DH hadn't been there to drag me into reality I so would have new babies right now

It certainly was magical. It was like unicorns sliding down rainbows into a pot of gold.

Now my vision of fairies with glittery wings holding up every chick while people choose is blown out of the water. No fairy creatures at all.

Seriously though, thanks for posting the video. Not nearly as many chicks as I expected.
