I got daffodil and tulip bulbs for free in the fall. Unfortunately they are still in their bags. Hopefully they will survive when I finally get around to planting them.

X2I’m hoping your kid is a fast learner, makes excellent decisions, and has a very dedicated guardian angel.

I’ll be thinking about you while you’re on your trip Rae.Good morning!
It's a 5.5 hour drive, which usually takes 7-7.5 with stops for food and potty breaks. We'll be leaving Saturday morning and coming back Monday, so I'll have a break from traveling in there. Taking the 3 hour round trip (plus side trips for errands) really gave me a lot of BH contractions yesterday. It isn't painful, just uncomfortable and exhausting. Plus my in-laws will be going with us (since this party is for MIL's mother) so we'll have to rearrange the car and be careful about what we are taking. Fortunately, on long trips like this, DH does most of the driving. I'll be on puke catching duty next to Thing 1. When we take car rides before 9am, he has a tendency to hurl. It generally doesn't happen when we leave later in the day, which is nice.I’ll be thinking about you while you’re on your trip Rae.
How long is that drive for you guys?
I used to go see my mom when I was young and preggars like you. It was only about a 3.5-4 hr drive but I’d have to stop about ever 45 minutes to and hour to get out of the car and pee, walk a little, then just sit because there was something about being in a car in motion that always revved up those Braxton Hicks contractions on me.
It made travel take a lot longer!
Pregnant AND puke catching aren’t words that should be together in a car full of people. We've learned (the hard way) not to load him up with anything too damaging before we leave. Usually he doesn't get anything more than banana and apple sauce before a morning car ride. Those clean up easier and are less objectionable smelling than his full breakfast which includes those things plus yogurt.Pregnant AND puke catching aren’t words that should be together in a car full of people. You might need a fence!I do look forward to the happy daffodils every year.
Now if the city workers would stop stomping through the garden! The meter isn't transmitting right so into the flower bed they go.
