@Chickassan Amazon is all I have for TV. I love The Marvelous Mrs. Maisle. Told myself to only watch 1 episode a day when the new season came out... burned through it in 4 days. I couldn't help myself.
If you like cop shows Bosh is good. Goliath has Billy Bob Thorton in and I like it...sort of crime drama...
Sneaky Pete is good. Sort of a dysfunctional family version of an Oceans movie. LOL
I liked the ABC Murders but wanted more. Same with Agatha Christie's Ordeal by Innocence. Short series but good.
I'm waiting on more Britannia. Sex, violence and druids....
I'm just finishing up The Expanse. Not an Amazon original but really good sci fi
 
I wasn't too sure about it at first, but it won me over pretty quickly.
The channel store is small but adding from google play helped alot. I don't have amazon plus so that cuts out alot of whats on there out of the box.
Got my talk shows back so I can binge watch Maury everything past that was icing on the cake! :)

I would hope the stick would give you Amazon originals! Why else get it? LOL
 
I don't think it does lol! Anything amazonish has a price next to it lol!
If you don't have prime "at least now" you're on your own.
No biggie, the free channels have plenty to watch and there are ways to have more but i'm too old to update dumb stuff constantly to watch television.....but in a pinch if I REALLY wanted to watch something I could.;)

That's a bunch of BS. "Buy our proprietary TV product that doesn't give you our proprietary TV shows."
 
I don't think it has always been like that, but they got greedy on new people. It really dosen't surprise me much, greed is pretty much the norm these days.:(

You can watch more that Amazon on the fire stick and Amazon streaming is on lots of devices. I watch it on my roku and have watched it on my Apple TV.

That is the opposite of proprietary. I have Amazon prime for the lower shipping cost. It saves me the fee by itself. Amazon video and music is a nice bonus
 
That's why I have prime. I share it with family so we all get 2 day shipping. Amazon TV is included and so is Amazon music. I pay the extra monthly for music unlimited but share that too.
If you have Medicaid or food stamps you can get it discounted. I think there is another discount for Medicare too but don't quote me on that
