Official Squatch Watchers

We have a lot of Amish greenhouses around here and they have a great selection of unusual herbs and perennials
There was a Mennonite owned plant place in Stuart’s Draft, Virginia near where I used to live. It was the same there.
Such a selection!
I loved going there.
The plants were big and beautiful and healthy. The people were knowledgeable and friendly.
And Jonah was always welcome!

Stacey, I'm trying to figure out how to afford and store feed from there. Sunrise Farms.

We have a large Amish population near here and I buy all my flowers there. They are far better quality for much less money

I need one of these too. :wee

It says cutting can be rooted and overwintered inside.
I think it's worth a try.
Such pretty flowers and it gets pretty big. Hummingbird mint has similar flowers and really does draw hummers.

no. Lol. Now you have DH reminiscing. He says it was called Millmont greenhouses and Nursery. South of Waynesboro. Over on the western side of Afton mountain (the blue ridge)
But there were feed mills farther down that road.

Oh its magical. Smells just like a sweet juicy pineapple
I don’t know that I have ever seen that. There is a particular jalapeño pepper I always look for, but cannot ever find.

OPINIONS PLEASE: If Henrietta is eating feed, I cannot really tell. I did feed her an egg and tuna before bedtime. She gobbled it up!!! Should I just call her bluff and hold out for her to eat feed??

I would measure a cup of feed in the morning then see what's left (remeasure) an hour before dark. If it has not been eaten there would still be time to give her more of what she will eat.
