Official Squatch Watchers

Sassy, I'm lurking around your first aid thread hoping to learn something.
Reading up on NPIP certification. For some reason I thought that included Marek’s, but it doesn’t. I have had hens that probably had Marek’s, but I only noticed once it was very advanced or death.
I noticed Henrietta’s head did a weird twitching, 3 twitches. And her head movements seem jerky at times. I guess I will see how she is tomorrow. Other than a little yogurt, she hasn’t eaten today. I am not very optimistic at this point.

So sorry you're going through this :hugs I think NPIP only covers AI and polarum (sp) I need to get a lot smarter on it. btw, thank you, you inspired me to send a note to the lawyers about NPIP.
NPIP is different in each state. Usually it is at least polarium but other illnesses can be added too

Well, does anyone have anything exciting lined up for the week??? I have to work at our schools fundraising fern sale and I have a hair appointment. I hope nothing else comes up. Like a wild hair to get another chicken. :th
Nothing terribly exciting here this week. Went to a baby shower today and then made BLTs for dinner and custard for dessert.

I am sifting a truck load of sheep manure. I am running it through my 1/4" grid to get the big stuff out.
Wanna come help? :D

:hmm Didn't think so.

Hubby wanted BLT’s, but he didn’t stop at the store. Custard sounds good!
