Aw dang Nunny.

I have wondered where hatcheries get all those eggs they hatch.
I really doubt every hatchery has secure breeding facilities for every breed they hatch.

Dang Bob that is HORRIBLE!
I really hope you don't lose any more. :fl

I am going to have to cull Miss May. :(
Today her poop was looking like cooked egg yolk and she refuses to eat still.
Several years ago my Delaware was like that. Necropsy showed her abdomen full of nasty egg and infection.
:(
Sorry 21. Hugs

I weighed her this morning, but forgot what it was. She has lost 1/4-1/2 pound. I did start probiotics today and she had her second round of dewormer.

:frowGood morning!
I ran out in my nightgown this morning to tend to the chickens, cover my wheelbarrow full of soil add a few more inches of that soil to my laundry basket potatoes and put away some garden tools that I left out by accident yesterday.

DH came home hobbling Home from work last night on a mysteriously swollen and painful ankle and I spent the evening playing nursemaid and didn’t get back out there as I’d hopes after dinner.

The rain just got here as I was coming back inside. Phew!:th
I hope the ankle is not something serious!

The ankle is a giant question mark.
He doesn’t remember rolling it or tripping or anything.
I’m wondering if it’s
actually gout or cellulitis
And not really an orthopedic issue at all.

He was going to try to get into his primary this morning because they have onsite diagnostics exceeeeeept,
When he called there was a recording that said they are closed for Good Friday.

So he’s sitting at an urgent care right now.
It is good to check it out! IF it is gout, getting a sample from the joint will tell

That should calm things down Rae.
I have heard the guinea can be total turds.

Working on the greenhouse base as much as I can.....seriously it shouldn't be this hard. :hmm

I needed a few more pavers. I remembered there were some in the big chicken run.
You guessed it. Rudy the BSL is now loose and running the yard.
