Here in my Unit at the University they have a lawyer on speed dial!

It is rough with issues here currently. It has been bad for several years. Before that a lawyer was rarely needed.
 
Nope, she's not. She isn't even broody. That is just a frustration noise she does if I touch her or if I turn on my flashlight in the coop or even if she's having a hard time cleaning her beard.
I don't want to know what her broody is going to sound like this year.:gig

No cameras.
I really don't think he purposefully did anything. It is one of those things that very well could have been an accidental brush by.
Could she be making it up......maybe......or it really was an accidental thing and since she wants Friday off she is trying to force a schedule change....

I wouldn't put it past her.

Honestly there are several reasons neither of them should even still have their jobs.

In this day and age it really is a delicate line.

Employers cannot dismiss claims and certainly don't want to fire falsely accused either.

It is a very serious claim.

We don't have Publix here, I hope they're like Walmart and Giant Eagle where they have cakes sitting ready in the case and they'll write on them for you.

That is awful! My husband is a business owner and has had to deal with sh!t like that. In most cases the women want money, not looking for the behavior to just stop. I am not even saying that is what she wants or is happening, it just happens too frequently. Too many people crying wolf out there and too many people catering to them.
Stepping off that soap box.

I worked with a group of doctors and one kept being flirty, feely and creepy. I went to the doctor who was over my department to have the behavior stopped. That doc said the other doc couldn’t help it, it was because of my beautiful eyes:th
Really??? I got an apology from the creepy doc and never had to work with him again.

To many making false claims or mountains out of mole hills.

I am sorry you had a creep to deal with.
The doctor that blamed it on your eyes..... :smack





In other news my plants are back out in the greenhouse. It is 40° out but 60° in the greenhouse. The veggies in the beds look to have made it through a second snow.
