Think I might know wh at makes him so fast....that is one crazy eyed cookie elf!
 
So after I sang his praises yesterday, Roux was an absolute tater today. Amelia my SS went suddenly broody which is bad as she is completely psychotic when broody. Anyway Roux and Amelia have never gotten along very well, but now that she is broody, he is constantly harassing her. Even when I put her in a crate. And then he had the nerve to try to start fights with me for picking Amelia up and holding her. Seemed to think I was murdering her :he. Not a good day and not what I needed when it is stinkin hot and I am trying to get things ready to move babies outside next week.

Toads in the house happen here during monsoon season. Still, it always freaks me out because I am just not expecting to find a toad while cooking dinner or looking for the broom.

Man, that isn't fun! Must just be the season for roosters to be d-bags.
Your kids have good timing too, waiting until you're busy and melting to show their butts.

Aw poor buddy. It is tough when the world refuses to bend to your will. :hmm

The day did have one humorous moment. Brought Amelia in for a cold bath and then let her hang around in the house for a few hours. She was less crazy without other birds around. But! If you have ever wondered what is madder than a broody hen that has had her eggs taken away.....it is an eggless broody forced to wear a surgical mask as a diaper :D
 
I know, breaks my heart to watch him dork out for nothing.
You'd think he'd get it eventually, but like male anythings he has a thick skull.
Lol! Poor Amelia at least you took her mind off of being broody lol!
I wonder if they make masks big enough for my chunkier girls?
Lulu, Tucks and Hobo seem to end up inside quite a bit.
I use hubs old underwear at the moment pin the waist and thread the tail through the fly.
Hubs isn't amused by my recycling, not at all. :D
