Good morning!
Iv'e already walked the property, talk about motivated huh? :)

Yeah, if she was comfy in the slutterfly dress so be it.
I just want to spare young eyes lol!
Dress kinda worked for her, she turned lezzie.:)

Last but certainly not least Happy Birthday @Anansi the lady I want to be like when I grow up.;) View attachment 1924294Birthday spanking, chicken lady style!
Well be careful going out in public, that maybe just how the dress works & you don't want to give anyone the wrong idea.

Our very own @Parront is sporting a new (and well deserved) badge today!!

Congrats Parront on that shiny friend badge.
:highfive:
Congrats! @Parront
Is that everyone now?

Today......floor mopping. :hmm

Not a favorite chore. I DO own stand up mops BUT I can get the baseboards and corners mopping on hands and knees.

Added fun is that all the dogs are inside today......and like to steal my rags.

Oh and there is ZERO carpet in the entire house.

:tongue Is what I think of mopping.

The other hated chore is dusting. That is probably why there aren't any kitschy things here.

Someone want to run to Home Depot for me and grab a gallon of Simple Green? I am just about out and the kitchen could use ANOTHER de-greasing. :(
I hope it went well, how are your knees? I'd LOVE to have no carpet. It's soooo gross & since it's an apt I don't have any control over removing/ replacing it.

Congratulation!! @Parront

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I took DDs #s 3&4 to Idaho to look at the breeder for DD #4s mobility assistance dog prospect. Turns out she had one that actually passed all of the tests and that she was going to sell since her new stud prospect can only be bred with other papered purebred Anatolian Shepherds. Our intention was to reserve for the next litter, which would have been a total purchase price of $450. She is 16 weeks, partially trained and socialized, and $350.

Her name is Eva (think Eva Braun), but we're going to be switching her over to Peach.

It will be an adventure, for sure. It won't be fun when we get her home because we have 2 other dogs she doesn't know, and hubby doesn't know we got her. We weren't intending to have a puppy come home with us, and I'm not looking forward to dealing with hubby, and *LT* won't be overly thrilled either. I just told my mom and got an ear full from her, hubby won't be any better. :idunno Oh well, it's done and we aren't undoing it.
HBD & Happy Puppy day! Not sure why anyone would be mad about getting a puppy now when you were expecting to get one soon-ish anyway. Sounds like you got a great deal and you'll get started on training a lot sooner which means the dog will be ready to work sooner. She's a pretty girl & looks super fluffy! Hope you had a safe trip home!

The knees are ok....the shoulder on the other hand. :hmm

I think doing the basement from now on will be a swiffer.
It is a lot of floor when mopping on hands and knees.

Who has the diabetes issues?
How many eggs can you eat a day?

I get free blood work once a year from the place I retired from. So I haven't been to a Dr. But...
My blood work came back slightly high in glucose and a1c... Colesteral was high
Garden failed and I have been eating can fruit and few veggies... Lots of beef and pork too... Oh 6-12 eggs a day... duh

It is me. :hmm

Eggs are a glucose free item.
Catch 22 is your cholesterol being high.

I would reduce the number of eggs and increase salad greens (limit the dressing).
Meat is ok but pasta is a no no.

I have found eating protein rich foods slows the carbs so I don't spike as bad.

Bread...:(....yeah bread. Nature's Own butter bread is about half the carbs of most other breads.

Lots of label reading and careful choices really helps.

What was your A1C if you don't mind sharing?
