Morning everyone.

We are warming up a bit.

I will be doing more puppy proofing now that I know what River wants to chew on. She is getting to big to sleep in her playpen at night.

If I can get the sewing room sorted she can pick and choose where to snooze.

This weekend should be near 60°. Time for more harness training for her.
Tilly could use a refresher too. Over a month of not going for walks and she has forgotten everything.

Hi Nunny. Yes he does look like he has bellbottoms on. We have jokingly been calling him Bells. We are still working on our guest house. It's been ALOT of work. I spent the summer working on the exterior. Painting, landscaping, planting grass etc. We are making progress though. We were lucky to discover beautiful hardwood floors under the carpet. We are having shiplap put up through the whole house and we are working on the bathroom right now. The kitchen will be last. We do have a name for it though....The Ivy Cottage Guest House. Hope to be open by March 1st
Wow you've been busy. Sounds like things are coming along nicely. I hope your plans workout & you're able to open on time.

I went to Lynchburg today to buy this 100+ year old piece of furniture. I just love it!
That's beautiful! Things used to be so nicely made.

I know they say no raw hide and other stuff, is there anything you can give her that's safe to chew on?
Jealous about that 60. We woke up to a steamy 12 degrees. I've heard whispers that we're going to be in the 40's over the weekend. I'm going to break out my sun screen b/c it'll be absolutely tropical! I'm hoping to let the birds out for a bit, they've not been out really since early November.

She has lots of doggie chew toys. I just need to secure all power cords and wooden furniture legs just in case. I am hoping she chooses to sleep in our bedroom. There is a bed available.

Jack went over the rainbow bridge yesterday.
I will miss my big guy forever.

Thanks, yes, dovetail joints and great attention to detail. They don't make them like this any more.
