Pat is a voluptuous man. He looks all soft and cuddly though.

That's how I have to hold him to look him over for mites. (Dead ) I put him on my lap and hold his legs with mine so he doesn't flail. He's strong!

I think as my really big birds pass on I won't be getting more gigantic birds. They cause me more worry than my smaller breeds.

I keep running out there to check on Cinders....It is likely making her nervous.

I worried more about my bantams in the winter, but my standards are the ones who are always sick/ hurt.

O.k, so im treating my sleep brawling myself.
The treatment is Clonazepam and im already so slow its pitiful I don't need a sedative.
My answer is to sleep in a tube, so far it is working even though I have busted my buns a few times trying to get up and go.

But for ya'll with daughters @apryl29 I reccomend the Langria mermaid butt blanket.
It is quite cozy and it will absolutely keep you from taking any strolls at night.

My kids have that in blue! I've used it before. It's very nice, but awkward to get on. I have to sneak it when one gets left on the couch. I just pulled it put to my butt, but didn't go full mermaid. Lifting my butt to get it on properly seemed too much like exercise.

I’ve seen this thread a thousand times...in my area....Squwatch watch means people are looking for Big Foot...because...believe it or not...this is the place that Big Foot originaTed...or so it seems...there are festivals every summer. I’m glad I actually looked at the thread today...this is nice!

I liked what the acronyms stand for...very cool..and I’m glad no ones actually out look8ng for stat dumb giant thing, that some many in my area actually are....doctors actually take off work to go look for big foot....I don’t know...maybe he IS out there...

Good morning! It is pretty cold out there, it has been in the 60's a few mornings so 40's is a smack for sure.
Chicks seem happy to be cool again, 40's through 65ish is the sweet spot.

How's she doing this morning Henny? Old Marlene is a little draggy today, must be the season.
The sparkles are neat, im enjoying that part of it immensely.

I checked on her one last time. She is ok for tonight.
I try not to disturb her to much when I go out. I check for eggs, go into the run, talk to all the burbs, then go talk to her....I try not to make her try to walk.

The blue one is really pretty! Dark purple was cheaper so purple it was for me.
Totally right on the awkwardness, funny that it was the selling point to get it.

Welcome! We originally started chatting in a thread about a feral chicken that only the OP had seen (a.k.a the Squatch chickens). We moved to this chat thread after a while.
