Good morning!
Anyone want to guess my weather?
Lol, yep🌧🥴.
Spring is going to be a hoot if this keeps up and im seriously concerned we all might mildew.
I spent a little more time making Prince jump for bread to lift my spirits.
I thought he'd grow out of doing it, get all dignified like his dad....nope.:)

Good morning Bob! :)

Way to go! You of all people deserve to sleep in. ;)

Thanks Chicky.

I was up at 2:30 to clean up after Tilly had an accident. Poor girl is having night time yummy troubles. I don't know if she will ever be fully ok again.
If she has another night like that I will be on the phone with the vet.

I had to drag the hose out and start watering the trees and shrubs. We could use some sog here.

The weatherman said we will be much colder next week. I would prefer these 60° days and perhaps a bit of rain.

Jeeze Henny that has to be rough on you both, poor little Tilly.
Oh and i'd be more than willing to let ya borrow the sog, it has overstayed it's welcome quite a bit.
Thanks Chicky.

You too!
My attempts at it keep getting interrupted by chicken noises they're chasing squirrels and crows as a pack today and it sounds like they are all being murdered. :)

@apryl29 How do you wash and dry the mermaid blanket?
The washing instructions sound like if you look at it funny then you've gone too far.
So cold wash, tumble dry on cool or warm sound o.k?

Some days I feel like I am trying to chase lemmings away from the cliff.

The last few days I have removed from mouths....

a siding nail (that was pulled from the side of the shed)

A 2"x1" chunk of concrete (dug up from a 12" deep hole they put at the base of a fence post)

3 rocks.....presumably from same fence post removal attempt

a foil wrapper from pop tarts that blew into the yard

my notepad with coil top (stolen from the kitchen table)

4 washcloths (from the back of the sink)

a sock (it was clean...stolen from hubs while he was dressing)

countless chunks of dirt, bind weed, sticks, small twigs from my lilac bushes and clumps of Delilah's hair that she leaves everywhere.

"FIRST ONE TO THE CLIFF WINS!" :barnie

I shouldn't laugh but I know how you feel. I'd like to go a day without asking "What are you eating? There isn't any food in the back yard!" Usually followed by "Stop eating chicken $h!t off my boots! You're so gross. No I don't want kisses now!"

Anyone file a schedule f with their taxes? Do you have to be a registered farm to do it or can it go under self employment?
No, you don't need to be a registered farm. When I finally got moved in here, I reached out to my tax adviser and found that a LOT of the costs for setting up the farm were deductible.
