Official Squatch Watchers

Morning Bob. :frow

I am a bit envious of y'all that get those pretty little hummers. It makes I wouldn't get many at all here. We are way to dry to grow good hummer flowers.

Have an awesome day Bob.
Could you do container plants?

Nice!! It is good to not be freezing.

Where I live we are lucky to see a single grasshopper. So many people around here use bug sprays and weed killers with reckless abandon.
I am going to plant peas again this year.....more for the bees and bumbles than for the humans. OH and my new duckies can eat peas!
Peas are the best! I am going to try to plant lots this year.

I do. I have many pots I put friendly flowers in.
It has to be consistent for many years for hummers to find them I guess. I do get lots of visiting bees from the neighbors where the hives are. I keep waterers out for them too.

This year I am adding a lot more penstemon and bee balm in my flower beds. I have tiny little sprouts in my seed station. Those are hummer friendly.
I am also planting herbs and other flowers just for the bees.

Mayor of small French town defends Smurf gathering
While many parts of Europe are canceling large gatherings, the mayor of Landerneau, a small city on the western tip of France, recently allowed a group to host a gathering of 3,500 people dressed as Smurfs — a world record.

The mayor, Patrick Leclerc, told Agence France-Presse that he does not regret his decision. "We must not stop living... it was the chance to say that we are alive," he said.

Many major events in Europe have already been canceled. Italy has banned all large gatherings including sporting events.

Oh dear lort! Soooooo many smurfettes!

I know! Wouldn't it be nuts if all these smurfs ended up spreading the next plague?
Imagine the history books! :lau

It would mean Gargamel was right all along. :th

The lines between cartoon and reality get more blurry all the time.

Iv'e been outside getting nests made for me, those roosters are trips. :D

That oldest rooster Neagan still really puts on a show, if anybody ever caught me baby talking that chicken like I do they'd put me away.
I swear though he knows at least a little of what im saying, he shakes his head "yes" when I say he's a good boy and "no" when I ask if his son has crap on him.
The whole time he's short cluckin and spinning in the nest box.:)
