Hi folks!

This has been a crazy week, and it is only half over. On top of trying to get ready to leave tomorrow, we have had to process 80lbs of apples into applesauce. I ordered the apples before my aunt died and it was now or never really. So we sliced up half of them on Monday and I canned 12 qt yesterday. DH and the in-laws cut up the rest yesterday and we started cooking them down. We finished cooking them down today and we are waiting on the sanitize cycle on the dishwasher to can the rest. On top of that. Work has been crazy busy.

Beautiful flowers Cappy! Is that second one primrose? It looks like a very healthy little plant.
