No... those are actually chicken scratches. I have a hen that has needed treatment and she didn't appreciate it to start. I also do yard work in shorts. So hauling sticks and branches gets my knees pretty good.
Its my skin. Its very sensitive and strange. Those scratches were barely more then scuffs but look terrible. As a child I remember going to a doctor that would run a pen cap down my skin and somehow measure the reaction. A very mild form of Dermatographia.
