Official Squatch Watchers

Hello Folks,

It's been a crazy week so far. We did a BIG chicken rearranging (moved 3 sets of birds around), hatched out 11 keets, and been kept awake a lot by a fussy Milk Drinker. I have 3 Cornish eggs due today, I should candle them.

@rjohns39 How is Sue doing? Also, how are things going with the neighbor and Todd (I think that's your dog's name)?

Sue is coming home tomorrow. The neighbor, well is still the neighbor, but todd has been staying close to home since this happened. In the last month, he's gone over there twice, but came back as soon as I called him.

One of the goats got out and we can't catch her!:barnie

Well hey ya'll, it has been a crazy couple weeks iv'e discovered im insane and probably doomed to stay that way.
You know that thing I said about not hatching any this year, well guess who is just a giant liar?
If you guessed me,you're correct.
What led me down this peepin, poopin path is literally the only thing that could have sadly a death.
Yep, chicken died and I lost my sh*t, became a human derp with drama coming out my wazoo.
Im still not completely uncrazy isn't that nuts?
It was the one I worried about Tucks, she just got super slow so I brought her inside.
I had her less than a day, she was sleeping and just let out a god awful honk and croaked scared the crumbs out of me.
Sooo, yeah I can procrastinate no more eggs must be set so im going full sh*t house rat and setting Lulu, Tucks and Hobo because im obviously in need of serious medication and im just itching for more damn roosters.
My chewy receipt is haunting.

I'm sorry about Tucks, Chicky. I can see how that would turn you into a blubbering mess. Access to all things needed to soothe an aching heart, including money and Chewy, can be a dangerous thing. I hope it goes well.

Since I have the privilege of being one of the last ones on here every evening, let me be the first to say "Welcome home, Sue! :celebrate :wee:jumpy:bun:yesss::ya:love"

:hugs for everyone, the chicks look great, and I hope the little kid is safe and snug in bed. Rae, hopefully MD is feeling better, and that the Knee High doesn't start feeling under the weather.

Thank you, hopefully things go as well as they normally do although I am worried given the state of things.
Truth be told really this is the only thing that is going to make me the least bit less unhappy about it.
I was already going to be painfully poor so what is a little more right?
I think about how much more chicken shuffling comes with new babies and all the chick proofing and setup and I still just have to do it.
Renee and Barbara are both beyond broody so I may have competition.
Guess im getting the authentic hen experience this time.:D
