Yep I am writing things down so I can show a Dr.If you are having trouble doing your normal activities, that is worth a visit to the Dr., to me. It might be helpful for you to keep a log book of these readings, including your activities and how you felt at the time, to have something concrete to show the Dr. They shine us on if we compalin of these things, especially as we get older.Other things of interest: have you recently gained or lost weight? Any trouble breathing, allergies, changes in diet. I had a dizy episode one day so much so that my husband called 911. BP was 90/55. Put my feet up, told them to not take me into the ER. I had been working on a computer project all day, got dehydrated and stood up & felt woozy. I went for a check up at my Dr. next day, all perfect, BP 100/60. Moral of this story: drink lots of water in AZ!
It's been hot and humid every weekend.
I drink about 3 qts to a gallon a day
I have been eating low sodium for decades, since my mom got high blood pressure... changing that now.
Last month I have been eating 8 hr block, intermediate fasting, trying to loose the winter weight...changed that on Tuesday.
Haven't been to the gym since March... I get 8k to 10 steps most days.... going to do some exercise tapes.
Tuesday morning to is when I first woke up dizzy. I thought maybe several things
Diabetes, ordered meter..ate breakfast instead of skipping
Allergies= inner ear...pill didn't help
Low BP yep..but why...
diabetes can cause, but so far numbers ok.
Electrolytes issue , hence salty things, electrolytes... I will see over the weekend if it straightens out.
Of course there's a possibility of heart issue... exercise should, maybe, help.

Good morning Daniel, have a great day
We get more sensitive to it as we get older. The only good thing about keeping getting older, is it beats the alternative! My guy is on an over 60 softball team, there are guys playing into their 80's & 90's. We just keep doing our daily activities, not stopping but maybe slowing some!
