Today is NUTS!
I picked up 2 cubic yards of screened topsoil to fill in the dog holes, a garden bed and fix up next to that new concrete. I had to hit up 2 stores to get the ingredients for supper. I got some yard work done and am prep cooking for dinner. Lots to chop and pre cook. I am making beef stir fry with peppers and other veggies, chicken chow mein, egg rolls from scratch both shrimp and chicken AND crab cheese won tons. Nope my family isn't picky at alllll. :rolleyes:
I have to feed the big malamute still and get River to the vet for her ears soon.
When I am back from that it will be woks and oil and craziness in the kitchen!
 
Henny, I have to share a hummer story with you. Just had to have a serious conversation with one of my girls... I don't really care if the top of my head looks like a runway, it is NOT! Yep, she came in from behind, put down the landing gear and skidded across the top of my head... tumbled a bit and then regained flight mode. I think it helped me, not her, that it was raining and my head was wet. THAT GIRL is getting way too personal. :gig

I think I like THAT scoop so much because it is enclosed, hooks over the edge of the feeder well, has a decent handle even when wearing thick gloves and is stackable.

Dinner prep is done unless someone wants green peppers in the beef stir fry. I guess I could mix up the filling for the won tons.....I think I will do that. It can't hurt.

We figured it out pretty quickly :p One look at this smug little face was enough to show us we had been had.

The plot was fueled by jealousy, I am sure. Her sister is recovering from crop surgery and has been hogging all the attention.
