OOOOOHHHHH! The steel blue is very pretty!

I can honestly say I have not seen very many kinds at all.
I think I will find myself looking closer when I do see them.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have seen what might have been the 22 spotted yellow ones and thought they were some other bug

I know I sound harsh but any question after midnight is automatically stamped as dumb unless the asker is bleeding to death or on fire.
It is foggy out there this morning, and apparently the wild turkeys are pretty close because I heard gobbles.
Not exactly a spooky sound coupled with fog. 🤣

Oh i give UP!
Im getting ready to let the littles run, and im hearing what sounds like Bob and his buddies on the roof.
This is what is staring at me through the hallway window.

Definitely not a day to go outside 😬😵

When we got home from my appointment yesterday, there were 15 or 20 turkey buzzards on the path leading to the lower pasture 😱 Bob said they had some type of bird leftovers 🤮 it was crazy how many!!!
 
They are buzzards, young ones they don't mind me at all.

These im thinking are going after a skunk in the road, or im hoping I should say.
I do know my backdoor is directly underneath them and I don't much want to step out it. :sick

Good morning everybody :frow

Our county just got put into the red again. Seriously rethinking yoga tonight. Last week we had more people than ever show up. Bittersweet.

On a bit of a better note, I finally cut my monstrosity in half, top & bottom, including the door. I took the bottom 1/4” wire off and replaced it with 1/2” instead. Then I’ll add the screen dividers so part of it will be an integration area. I’m leaving the main part at 3’x4’ and the other foot will be big enough to keep some quail until they fully integrate into the main flock. There will be three areas of 1 sq ft each.
The other half will have sold dividers instead of wire for a more permanent space to refuce their stress when they need separated. And I could also use it for bunny grow out pens.
