One thing I constantly have to remind the guys is that we, the keepers, are their whole world. The animals cant go to the store and get food, etc. If we dont give it to them, they dont have it. Period. Animal husbandry. Yes, I had to explain to hubs what that meant. You dint want to know what he thought.

Good evening folks!
Iv'e been deep cleaning the coop all day giving everything a real scrub down before it gets so miserably cold I can't.
Everybody got to run free today, the littles had a blast but i've got to feel bad for all the critters they ate.
I tried to set the run up more permanently but derps kept getting trapped behind wire that was OPEN on both ends, not just the tots either lol.
