Often those "ugly" ones are the best ones.

I ain't gonna be the one to tell Crooky she ain't purdy. She is one of my best layers!
 
Yep, you usually get a neat personality too.
Look at Jerry, he's "unique looking", and has been since he hatched and unless he eats some serious wheaties isn't going to be a lot of boy.
He's just fun! He's started staring hubs down if he gets too close to me though.
Literally gives him the "hey buddy,no touching" glare. :caf

I like the purples too. :D

I bought a lot of "remnant" fleece last year at Joanns. It was crazy how cheap I was able to get it. Basically if a fabric is on sale the remnant bin gets the yardage discount and then the remnant bin discount. I was paying just $6 dollars for what would have been $25 full price.

Did you know they had a clearance aisle? I only just found it earlier this year decent discount and a LOT more fabric available

I did! I have bought a few things from it. Most of the time I find myself driven to distraction and extra ideas when I go in there lol.

The fleece sales are INSANE in the fall.

I know exactly what I need and why I need it. Until I walk in, then PFFT! All bets are off. I walk out with stuff I have no idea what to do with and completely forgot the one item I needed SIGH
