Im up to 150 a month easy!
I think the kids are making the older ones eat more too, everybody is just chew your ankles off ravenous now.
I don't feel like im starving anybody, anybody look skinny to ya'll?

They do go through some serious chow. I think I am buying 150-200# a month with 19 chickens and 7 quackers.
The ducks go through 1 and a half of my precious yellow scoops worth every day. Bunch of piggies!

I see no skinny kids on the playground.

I have a few that look skinny and a couple basketballs. My skinny ones have leghorn blood though.
 
I looked everybody over today, Ethel and Dutch are finally filling out Nene is still a squeaker.
Hobo is thick she is a chunk of chicken now but good news is her feet are looking really good
Finally no bumbles, but her spurs are going strong and mighty.
No idea why mother nature thought that was a good idea.

Some just get those killer spurs. :confused: I have zero idea why though.

To look at Crooky in her winter glory you would think she was a real fatty. It's fluff. She looks HORRIBLE every summer in her bikini but come winter she sure can grow some serious fluff. The naked in summer is a defective gene. It tells me her messed up beak and crooked body are 100% genetic.
 
I though there was fluff here too, just Nene everybody else is just chunky.
Homer is crooked, not too bad but it runs the length of her body.
Spunky is still hopping along on that dinky foot.
That is the one I worry about carrying excess weight the most.

So Homer and Crooky are both funky through the whole body?
Spunky definitely is unique. I had never seen a tiny foot on the same bird as a normal foot.
 
Yep, Homer feels like somebody just gave her an ever so light twist.
She's still a cutie, can't help but like her even though I fret every single day because her butt is oblivious to pretty much everything.
Spunky, oh boy yeah she's a first for me too.
A lot of things came to mind when she had that limpy day, tiny joke foot wasn't up there.
She works it though, derps along with the pack just fine she even worked out roosting fairly well.
Still bites the fire out of me for no reason, likes elbow skin really wish she didn't.
