Good morning everyone. :frow

I do not envy you those broody bottoms Chicky. Nope not one bit.
One of the pullet California whites was broody here. She was insanely fast with that beak. Moving her group to the former duck house has broken her broody thank goodness.

The azaleas are very pretty. :hugsIt is sad that a resting place is ever needed.

Good morning folks :frow

Good morning, can't believe it is nearly time to open the coop already.
Where did my night go?
Full of broodies out there, three of them so it is tons of fun right now.
Couple that with the boys morning stud muffin competition .....oh boy lol.
Btw, Jerry has blossomed into a humping machine.
He's insatiable, it is beyond weird since he's still Jerry.

Good to be back.:)
Wooo Hooo Chicky's back :ya :frowGood morning Chicky, have a great day

Good morning everybody :frow

Had a real Monday morning already. My coffee tasted like mildew, not sure why. So i took it to the sink to dump out and wash. Spilled some on my foot and then squirted dish soap on myself. Yay Mondays :th
On a good note, im wearing flip flops so it cleaned up well and no sneakers got coffee stains. And dish soap at least smells good. Im digging deep for the silver lining 🤣

Welcome back @Chickassan.

More cuteness from the Things and Milk Drinker. I found the best way to keep the Milk Drinker happy during tummy time is to have the older boys lay down on the floor with him. Each boy is on the quilt my aunt made for them.

Luckily none of these baby brained nutters bite "yet".
It is Nancy, Sue and Apryl.... she uses poop warfare frankly id rather she bit
Sue is in the very back nest you know the one only referred to as that bastard nest, so she's quite smug out there.
I did end up making two nests in the small coop side using stacking bins id forgotten about.
My potatoes and onions didn't play nice in them but the smaller hens looove them...of course both are filled with crazy baby makers.
My yard is a screamfest, sounds like Halloween kid you not.

Gotta love those broody derp faces. 💕

They do pick the most difficult nests.

After fighting a broody GLW years ago I started making nests that either pull out or lift out. I did not enjoy the biting broodies. 😳

Turkey broodies are even more fun. Beat me up and rip my arms above the gloves through a shirt.
I was stealing poults yesterday I wanted to take 3. I got one, 3 hens went after me. One flogging my legs, one on my back and one flew up my face and beat my head....later I got another that was following the wrong hen, not sure if I am going to get the 3rd or not.
