Hi everybody :frow

Mo,
A gardening podcast/tv show calls squirrels evil agents of satan :gig:gig
have you tried the bucket of water with seeds trap? Sorry i dont remember. I know youve been trying a lot of different things
:gigyes they are, at least these pine squirrels.
The gray and fox squirrels don't cause as much trouble so far.... and the spray repellent seems to work.

Need a 7 gallon bucket.... I did 5 gallon for chipmunks and they have gotten out.

The pine squirrels just showed up this spring for the first time. I wasn't sure what they were because the first ones moved so fast I couldn't get a good look at them. I caught one in a weasel box and figured out what they were....not common in my area. Soooo I felt bad and pulled the weasel box...... now I wished I had gotten both of them. Still would have the young to contend with probably.... and others are probably waiting for an opening LOL

I see why people kill new things, I have left several plants I didn't know what they were too. Now I have a war going on against garlic mustard and jumpseed .

I have seen the little pine squirrels chasing the grey squirrels, and the grey's chasing the bigger fox squirrels. Not many fox squirrels around the property, lots of greys
