Pics in post! Is this design ok for 2-4 hens?

I have a light Brahma and barred rock. I was going to just have the 2 and then chicken math happened...would I be able to add 1 or 2? The coop is 3 ft x 3ft and the run is 8 ft x 3 ft. They will have outside the coop time when they can be supervised.

I would not put any more than 3 in there.

I say stick with the 2. The run space is insufficient for more (and letting them out a few hours here and there will not make up for it) plus it's difficult to add just 1 bird.

I wouldn't put more than 2...run is small.

That's a good size for 2-3 chickens. My city requires 4 sq ft per bird for the coop and 10 sq ft per bird for the run.
