Just a random thought. But since you bought them from another place already a few days old is there a chance they have worms? Did you deworm them when you got them?

Update: The vet confirmed today that they have coccidiosis and I have administered their medication so hopefully they will improve over the next couple of days.

For anyone following along, their symptoms were: fluffed up appearance, inability to walk or stand up, sleepiness, decreased appetite and weight loss (and death). I was not able to identify any blood in their poop. I found some runny poops, but mostly normal appearing poop. Still, the vet saw a very high number of these eggs in their poop, confirming coccidiosis!
