Came across this list and thought I'd share...
Thank you. I copied and saved this. I didn't know that onions give off ethylene gas and shouldn't be next to potatoes. I don't store them together, but the boxes are next to each other. This year, I'll separate them and see if the tater last a little longer. They did well, but about February, they wanted to GROW.
 
I canned 18 jelly jars of Strawberry jam today and froze 6 quarts of strawberries for later. My husband got the strawberries for me from an Amish family, they were bright red, beautiful and wonderful tasting.

I'm going strawberry picking today and hope to get jam put up. I plan on getting rhubarb too and making strawberry rhubarb jam, my favorite! Yours looks good!

Nothing to preserve here yet, but thinking ahead to this fall. If I have a moderate harvest of tomatoes and potatoes, I'll have a lot of both, due to the number of plants I have. About 1/3-1/2 of the potato plants have flowers. I'm toying with the idea of digging one of the plants up to see what might be there. :)
