Rooster is bleeding from vent and I think his intestines are out

So, he just had a watery poop. Others have been formed. Could this be from the Corid?(remember I gave Corid when I first saw blood, I was going to finish the round just incase)

Amazing. I hope there's no infection. I've seen chickens recover fully from unbelievable injuries (fox attack, punctured neck, unable to lift head, unable to stand up, cut tendons, bleeding, you name it), so if yours recovers fully that will be one for the books. Separation is good in this case, keep monitoring him and give us updates, this is fascinating.

Thank you for everyone's responses. ❤️ If he is alive in the morning, my neighbor will come over to put him down. She will be able to help me check out the intestines at that time.
It really sucks because he was a docile rooster, only 6 months old. He seemed healthy. He was active, eating and drinking, and crowing...a lot! It just doesn't make sense.
