Should i assist?!?!

i set them may 26th so they were due yesterday and its almost 7pm right now.

Yep, so they are definitely a little late. I would suspect it was the slightly low temperature that has caused it - is it more than one egg that is running late? Or just the one?

If you candle the egg and gently tap it, do you see any movement?

The others hatched yesterday and I remember setting one egg at 11pm so this one must be it. I candles it and tapped but I didn't see movement the whole egg is pretty much taken up by the chick but I can still see veins. Do the veins still being visible mean its alive?

I thought of doing that but the egg has a small crack in it from the beginning, it looks like the water may be able to get in. I'm just too afraid it will ruin the egg.

I wouldn't do the float test.

I would say give this egg a day or two more to see if it makes any more progress. I'm not sure you'd want to put a safety hole in, because if it's not internally pipped, that won't really help anything and it's best not to put a hole in the shell until it's nearly ready to hatch.

Thanks for the help! If I do put a hole in it then should I raise the humidity? Just in case I do tomorrow.
