It’s processed cheese. No refrigeration needed.
I wonder how much "cheese" is really in there? I just saw that American cheese slices are only required to be 51% cheese. Just wondering. When I was a kid, I liked cheese in a can and the fact that you can spray it right onto your tongue even. But, as an adult I don't find it as appetizing. But, a lot of foods have turned out that way for me - spaghettios, raviolis in a can, boxed macaroni and cheese, Vienna sausages, etc... :sick
Just about the only canned food item that I still eat that I ate as a kid is chicken noodle soup - especially when I am sick. However, I prefer homemade chicken noodle soup if I have a choice.

I am making the bagels now. The process has not been as easy as it should have been, but that is due to a multitude of things. I read several recipes before making it. I began with one recipe, but ended up ending with another. Same ingredients, different process.
Duckling woke up from her nap, and apparently used her potty upstairs. A few things had to be dealt with there.
Said child wanted... EVERYTHING! She kept up the chatter while I was trying to do everything for us.
The humidity is at 94% today. This led to sticky dough after it rose. Thus the flour you see.
Duckling helped with pictures.
Things may not be going perfectly, but it’s baking. It doesn’t have to look good as long as it tastes good. Baking with a LO is a bonus.
