coop duty
feed dogs
start laundry
freeze a zip lock of tomatoes
brew tea for more kombucha

pick romaine, tomatoes, more green beans--cut oregano, thyme, rosemary, 3 heads of cabbage are ready,
finish up with the herbs I cut on? Wed. ---mint, wormwood, marshmallow---
hard boil some eggs to make pickled eggs
Its Friday,,, Oh my,,, well it will be a long day, I want to get as much done as I can so Sunday is clear-- I have a ham/pork roast in the freezer I think I will thaw to slow cook for Sunday, I'll pressure cook up some beans

OK, Rooster is yelling at me-- got to go to worK All,

I've wanted a front porch since we moved into our house, 30+ years ago. I've always had a deck - but no cover.

brew tea for more kombucha

I started a new batch today too. Yesterday I bottled 20 bottles. I put 1/4 cup sour cherry juice in each bottle and let it sit for 4 extra days at room temp. Then it goes into the fridge. I brew/bottle every two weeks, and I can drink it all myself.

4:30pm---Well I almost got it all done,
The green beans , and other herbs will get picked tomorrow and I didnt hard boil any eggs.
I had to stop to start dinner,-- I made smothered burritos
Laundry's done
Last of the herb are drying in the oven

Good Morning,
Mullen is drying

Coffee is ready and cup#1 done
Heading out to the coop, then picking up where I left off yesterday,
and taking a side trip to the wood splitting area.
DH has been haling and splitting wood. He splits by mal but today he is doing some bigger rounds and is getting out the log splitter, I will pull the leaver while he sets the log on the splitter--- it goes much faster with the two of us.
