Supposed to be cream legbar, but...

I decided to show a side by side comparison, the smaller/lighter one with the single comb is one of the crested cream legbars we hatched 3 weeks ago, the other one is our mystery bird.
I am wondering if you didn’t somehow get an easter egger with that one. It reminds me of them....

I contacted the lady I purchased them from and asked what other birds the person she got the eggs from have in their flock. That was days ago and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. An Easter egger would make sense if they got the eggs mixed up, but do they typically have a walnut comb?
