I have no idea what breed mine are but I have 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 6 chicks, All bantams. And one of the adults is setting on I think 10 eggs at the moment.

4 silkie hens
And a lot of silkie chicks silkie chicks.

Bantams are so full of character. I love them more than my bigger girls (but don't tell them)!

We have 2 Booted Bantams, 1 Silkie, 2 Pekin Bantams (what you guys call Cochin Bantams), and 3 Old English Game Bantams (we did have 4 and she was my favourite ever but she died not so long ago). I love the OEGBs - real characters!

I'd love some Modern Game Bantams at some point (but finding them in New Zealand is difficult) and some d'Uccles (which are a very under-developed breed in New Zealand but there are a few people working on them). But we need to move to the country first - we are already way over our limit for chickens where we are!
