I like to boil mine in chicken stock with smoked ham hocks or salt pork.
So similar to a pancake?

I think this boiling thing, especially with pig parts, must be a southern thing rather than an entire United States thing. ;) :lau

Note how the three or four people that said it are from the South ;)

I’ve never boiled them before. Always sautéed in olive oil or butter or steamed them.
