Glad it is not covid. But total suck you catching some other nasty thing.

I'm glad it's the lesser of 2 evils for you! I can't believe someone contagious with that went out and clearly didn't wash their hands.
I was kinda hoping quarantine would bring an end to the dreaded Noro and Rota.... and at the same time I never thought I'd have the thoughts "please let it be gastro!" For someone.... covid has taken me on emotional roller coaster

So, it probably was Noro, according to my doctor. All the symptoms match and I'm starting to feel better so the recovery time also matches.

Which does mean that some jerk with symptoms or just barely recovering decided to go out and shop. You are most contagious while you have symptoms, followed by right after when you are recovering.

Good news! I have 26 new ducklings on the farm.

Unlike, most infections, a person can be shedding the virus before they even know they are sick.

So go easy on the person that might have spread it unwittingly and unknowingly.

I will avoid politics and not give my opinion on the incentive to clinics, hospitals and local governments to consider a person as being Covid positive even when the tests show otherwise.

Oh, this is Norovirus that I most likely have. The way that's spread is, very disgustingly, ingesting particles that come from an infected person's vomit or feces. You aren't contagious until you're sick, and for about two days after being sick.

My Covid test did come back negative, thank goodness.

Ralphie dux had a long hard day too.
He flew the coop!
I do not know how long he had been escaped.
But he sure was tired from pacing the pen trying to get back in with the girls.
