Good morning, or greetings of your own time zone, Kdogg, Bob and Magnolia. I was surprised to wake to a frost here this morning. I had not spotted it in the forecast, and I never suspected it until I looked outside - proof that my new insulation is working!

I am still at the stage of moving tomato seedlings in and out each day, so they can stay in a while longer, as I am working from home. The ducks can stay in their little shed for another hour or so, too. I wouldn't normally be careful of the cold with ducks, of course, but they are still healing, so warm is good.

:frow Good morning Kiwi, have a great day and stay warm.

:frow Good afternoon Kelsey, hope you've had a great day. Nice to see you out and about.

Whenever someone mentions snakes, I enjoy living in a country without snakes.
You guys are no fun with your lack of killing critters. How do you know you're alive if you don't have red backs, funnel webs or snakes to jump out of a rubbish pile you are rummaging through to make your heart skip afew beats? My brother loves that he never has to worry about where he puts his hand when tidying up the yard over there. Although it does sound like the Suns bite makes up for it.

Well here we have coral snakes, which are quite deadly, but rare. Copper heads a water moccasins which are venomous but hemotoxin, painful but not deadly and rattlesnakes, neurotoxin, can be deadly but not likely as long as you get help. Alligators which occasionally eat people. I would be careful where I put my hands.
