Somehow i don't get it: With all those irregular ½ round ½ rectangular openings that looks more complex to build than a box-structure.

With the cost of lumber being crazy high right now, taking the extra steps to put the puzzle together works out in the end.

I see. You have seen my thread about wattle-fences? - I wonder if it is possible to wattle the structure of a chicken tractor too…
I have just recently wattled a small retaining wall for example.

Good Morning, Day, Afternoon, Evening or Night to Everybody on the wonderful Blue Marble Planet!

Winter is back for 2½ days here in West Virginia. Yesterday afternoon a rain/snow mix came down and the ducks were all huddling together under the roof of the humon-house. Then overnight we had a light freeze ½° below the freezing mark and the winds picked up. Now it is sunny but cold and wind gusts are howling. Some of the young ducks from last fall refused to come out of the house this morning, quacking »Duck you Winter!«.
and for tonight a hard freeze of -6°C is forecasted, hat is 267 Kelvin! If i have some time this afternoon i will add some extra straw to the potato patch.
